Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120g (½ cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50g (½ cup) cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7-inch x 7-inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22–30 minutes (check at 22 minutes). Brownies are done when the top is set, and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
