Instructions

For the First Seven Recipes:

  5. Store covered in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

For the Vegan Banana Oatmeal Bites:

  1. Mash the banana thoroughly in a medium bowl.
  2. Add oats and chocolate chips, stirring until combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
