Ingredients (Makes 4 S’mores)
- 8 graham cracker halves (or digestive biscuits)
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 pieces chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
Optional Add-Ins:
- Peanut butter or Nutella
- Caramel drizzle
- Flavored chocolate (mint, cookies & cream, etc.)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
1️⃣ Set your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Toast the Marshmallows
2️⃣ Place graham cracker halves in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
3️⃣ Place one marshmallow on top of each cracker.
4️⃣ Air fry for 3-4 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly puffed. (Watch closely to prevent burning!)
Step 3: Add Chocolate & Assemble
5️⃣ Carefully remove from the air fryer and immediately place a piece of chocolate on top of the warm marshmallow.
6️⃣ Press another graham cracker half on top to create a sandwich.
7️⃣ Let sit for 1-2 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
