- 1 cup (185g) uncooked white or brown rice
- 2 cups (475ml) beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz/300g) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
- Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: In the baking dish, mix the uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and cooked beef until evenly combined.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Add Cheese: Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
