- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (optional, for heat)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Beef:
Toss the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare other ingredients. - Cook Noodles:
Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. - Cook Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside. - Sauté Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute. - Make Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce (if using), and brown sugar. - Combine:
Return the beef to the skillet along with the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce over everything and toss well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. - Serve:
Divide the beef ramen noodles into bowls and garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
