Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs

Ingredients (Makes 12-16 Puffs)

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover or freshly made)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ยผ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ยฝ teaspoon salt
  • ยผ teaspoon black pepper
  • ยผ cup all-purpose flour (or breadcrumbs for extra crispiness)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Step 2: Mix the Batter
