A delicious twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu! This stromboli is filled with juicy chicken, ham, and melted Swiss cheese, all wrapped in golden, flaky dough. Perfect for dinner or game-day snacking!
Ingredients:
- 1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 6 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Layer the fillings: Spread Dijon mustard over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer shredded chicken, ham slices, and Swiss cheese evenly over the mustard.
- Roll the stromboli: Starting at one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seams to seal and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush and season: Brush the stromboli with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
