Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Alfredo Sauce:

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
