Ingredients (Serves 6-8)
- 12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing baking dish)
- Optional Garnish: Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray. - Cook Spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Mix the Sauce:
