- 100g (3/4 cup) chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 6 Oreo cookies, chopped
- 6 mini chocolate chip cookies (or any store-bought cookies), chopped
- 50g (1/4 cup) white chocolate chips (optional for extra sweetness)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring. Mix well until the color is evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Step 2: Add the Mix-Ins
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and mini chocolate chip cookies.
Step 3: Shape and Bake
