This Cranberry Brie Stuffed Bread is a savory-sweet indulgence with layers of melty Brie and tangy cranberry sauce, all wrapped in a golden, buttery boule. Perfect for any gathering or as a comforting snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 large boule
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (8-oz.) wheel Brie, cut into thin strips
- 1 (15-oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the Bread:
Using a serrated knife, make crosshatch cuts in the boule, slicing every inch in both directions, but be careful not to cut all the way through the bottom. - Make the Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. - Assemble the Bread:
Brush the boule with the herb butter mixture, making sure to get inside the crosshatches. Stuff each crosshatch with thin strips of Brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. - Wrap and Bake:
Wrap the stuffed boule completely in foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the bread is warm and toasty. - Serve:
Let the bread cool for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy the gooey, flavorful combination of Brie and cranberry!
