- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes. If using larger potatoes, cut them into bite-sized wedges.
- Pat the potatoes dry with a towel to ensure they crisp up well in the air fryer.
Step 2: Season the Potatoes
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
Step 3: Air Fry the Potatoes
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.
Step 4: Serve
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley for added color and flavor.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or snack with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips for Perfect Crispy Air Fried Parmesan Potatoes
✔ Cut the potatoes evenly – Try to cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces to ensure uniform cooking.
✔ Don’t overcrowd the basket – For the crispiest results, make sure the potatoes have enough room in the air fryer basket.
✔ Customize the seasoning – Feel free to experiment with other seasonings like paprika, onion powder, or even a little chili powder for a spicy kick.
✔ Leftovers – Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes to regain crispiness.
