Ingredients:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer ingredients: Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared dish. Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
- Mix egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
