Easy Breakfast Casserole Recipe

A hearty and flavorful breakfast casserole loaded with eggs, sausage, cheese, and hash browns. Perfect for busy mornings, brunch gatherings, or meal prep for the week!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer ingredients: Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared dish. Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  3. Mix egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
  4. Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve: Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy as is or with hot sauce or salsa on the side.
