Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (200g) shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz (225g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt Chocolate: While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
- Coat in Chocolate: Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Tap off excess chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Set the Coating: Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge.
