This Crockpot Cowboy Soup is a hearty, comforting meal loaded with ground beef, potatoes, beans, and corn in a flavorful tomato-based broth. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
