Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2. Make the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the hot fudge sauce and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Do not overmix.
3. Bake the Bread:
