Nutella Stuffed Pancakes Recipe

These Nutella® Stuffed Pancakes are a decadent twist on a breakfast classic. Fluffy pancakes hide a rich, creamy Nutella® center, making every bite a delicious surprise. Perfect for brunch or a special treat!

Ingredients:

Nutella® Discs:

  • 10–14 tablespoons Nutella®

Pancake Batter:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Make the Nutella® Discs:
    • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
    • Spoon 1 ½ tablespoons of Nutella® onto the pan and spread into a 2 ½-inch round disc.
    • Repeat to make 7–8 discs. Freeze the pan for 15–20 minutes, or until the discs are firm and hold their shape.
  2. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    • Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk, then whisk until the batter is smooth and fully blended.
  3. Cook the Pancakes:
    • Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Spray with non-stick pan spray and wipe away any excess.
    • Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the griddle. Place one frozen Nutella® disc in the center of the batter.
    • Top the Nutella® disc with enough batter to cover it completely.
  4. Flip and Finish:
    • When bubbles form on the surface of the batter, carefully flip the pancake. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, or until the second side is golden brown.
    • Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella® discs, keeping finished pancakes warm.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
