If you love peanut butter and chocolate, these Nutter Butter Truffles are the perfect no-bake treat! Made with crushed Nutter Butter cookies, cream cheese, and a chocolate coating, these bite-sized truffles are creamy, rich, and irresistibly delicious.

Perfect for parties, holiday trays, or just a quick sweet fix, these 3-ingredient peanut butter truffles are easy to make and even easier to eat!

Ingredients (Makes About 24 Truffles)

  • 300g Nutter Butter cookies (about 24 cookies)
  • 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 300g chocolate (milk, dark, or white, for coating)

Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed Nutter Butter cookies
  • Peanut butter drizzle
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

Step 1: Crush the Nutter Butter Cookies

1๏ธโƒฃ Place the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor and blend until they form fine crumbs.
(No food processor? Place cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin!)

Step 2: Make the Truffle Mixture

2๏ธโƒฃ In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese.
3๏ธโƒฃ Mix until fully combined and smooth. The mixture should be dough-like.

Step 3: Shape the Truffles

4๏ธโƒฃ Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5๏ธโƒฃ Freeze for 20-30 minutes to firm up.

Step 4: Melt the Chocolate

6๏ธโƒฃ While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. (Alternatively, melt using a double boiler!)

Step 5: Dip & Decorate

7๏ธโƒฃ Using a fork or toothpick, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
8๏ธโƒฃ Place the truffles back on the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with crushed cookies, peanuts, or drizzle with peanut butter before the chocolate sets.

Step 6: Chill & Enjoy!

9๏ธโƒฃ Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
๐Ÿ”Ÿ Enjoy your rich, peanut buttery truffles!

(Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week!)
