These Sugar Cookie Truffles are the ultimate no-bake treat! Made with crumbled sugar cookies, cream cheese, and a luscious white chocolate coating, they’re perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave a sweet bite-sized dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crumbled sugar cookies (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 ounces (½ block) cream cheese, softened
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- Sprinkles or crushed sugar cookies for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cookie Mixture
- In a food processor, pulse the sugar cookies until they form fine crumbs.
- Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture becomes a dough-like consistency.
Step 2: Shape the Truffles
- Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Step 3: Coat the Truffles
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Using a fork or a toothpick, dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Add sprinkles or crushed cookies on top before the chocolate hardens.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 15 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!

- Storage: Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
