These 3-Ingredient Cookies are simple, quick, and absolutely delicious! With just three pantry staples, you can make a batch of cookies that are chewy, sweet, and perfect for when you want a quick treat without a lot of fuss. These cookies are great for beginners or anyone looking for a no-fuss, easy-to-make dessert.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1 cup sugar (granulated or brown sugar)
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Dough:
    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Form the Cookies:
    • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
    • Use a fork to gently flatten each dough ball and create a criss-cross pattern on top, pressing down lightly.
  4. Bake the Cookies:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
    • Be careful not to overbake, as these cookies can become dry quickly.
