Ingredients
- 6 slices of toast bread
- 100 ml melted herb butter
- 120 g pizza tomato sauce
- 6-8 mini mozzarella balls
- Mini salami (e.g., BiFi), sliced
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Use a round glass to cut out the toast slices.
- Gently press the cut-out toast into a greased muffin tin.
- Brush the toast with herb butter and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) using fan mode.
- Let the toast cups cool slightly, then fill them with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and salami.
- Bake again for another 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
