Made with juicy chicken, crisp veggies, and a creamy homemade tzatziki dressing, it’s light, flavorful, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Serve it on its own, over greens, or in a wrap for a delicious and healthy meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Creamy, tangy, and packed with fresh herbs, this chicken salad is a Mediterranean dream that’s light yet satisfying.
