Ingredients:
- 5 slices of toast bread
- 5 slices of cheese
- 5 beef sausages
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Cut the edges off the toast slices.
- Mix the edges with the spices and chop them into small crumbs. Place the seasoned crumbs in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl.
Tip: Dry the toast edges in the oven for a few minutes for extra crispiness! - Flatten the toast slices with a rolling pin. Place a slice of cheese and a sausage on each slice.
